Precision Engineering for Your Drive
Look, we've been wrenching on European vehicles for years now, and there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of getting a BMW or Audi running exactly how it should. Our shop's kinda become the go-to place around North Van when your Euro ride needs real expertise - not just someone throwing parts at it hoping something sticks.
We don't do oil changes or tire rotations - plenty of quick lube places handle that stuff. What we focus on is the complicated work that most shops either can't do or won't touch. Each service is priced based on your specific vehicle and what we find, 'cause honestly every car's different.
Your check engine light doesn't tell the whole story. We've got factory-level scan tools for BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and VW that dig way deeper than those generic code readers.
Sometimes it's a bad sensor, sometimes it's wiring, sometimes it's something weird buried in the software. We'll figure it out and explain what's actually happening in plain English.
Whether you're chasing more power or just want your car running smoother, we can optimize engine parameters to get the most out of what you've got under the hood.
We're not gonna tune your car to the edge of reliability just for bragging rights. Our tunes are safe, proven, and won't blow your engine the first time you floor it. Plus, everything's reversible if you need to go back to stock.
Transmissions are complicated beasts, especially the dual-clutch and automatic units in European cars. We've seen 'em all and know what fails and why.
If your shifts are getting rough or you're hearing weird noises, don't ignore it. Transmissions get expensive fast when they fail completely. We'll do a proper assessment and give you realistic options - sometimes a fluid change fixes everything.
Brakes are pretty important, right? We handle everything from basic pad replacement to full system rebuilds, including those finicky electronic parking brakes.
We only use quality parts - no cheap garbage that'll squeal or wear out in 10,000km. And yeah, we can retract those electronic calipers properly so your warning lights don't freak out afterwards.
If your car feels floaty, bouncy, or pulls to one side, something's worn out down there. Air suspension giving you grief? We deal with that nightmare regularly.
European cars have pretty sophisticated suspension setups, and when they wear out, you really notice it. We'll get your ride handling like it should again. Sometimes we recommend converting failed air suspension to coilovers - saves a ton vs constantly fixing the air system.
Electrical gremlins are the worst, especially in modern cars with a million modules talking to each other. We've got the tools and patience to track down whatever's acting up.
Nothing's more frustrating than intermittent electrical problems. Windows not working? Weird dashboard lights? Battery dying overnight? We'll hunt it down methodically, not just throw parts at it and hope. Electrical work takes time, but we charge fairly for it.
Most general repair shops can change oil and rotate tires just fine. But when it comes to the complex stuff - especially with European vehicles - you need someone who actually knows these cars inside and out.
We've invested heavily in factory-level diagnostic equipment and training. The same tools the dealerships use, but without their ridiculous labor rates. Our lead tech spent years at a BMW dealership before getting fed up with the corporate nonsense and joining us.
When you bring your car here, we're not gonna upsell you on stuff you don't need. We'll tell you what's actually wrong, what needs fixing now vs later, and give you realistic repair options. No BS, no runaround - just honest work.
Learn About Our Diagnostic ProcessLook, we get it - you wanna know what it'll cost. Problem is, every car's different and we won't know the full story till we dig in. But here's how we handle it:
We charge for diagnostic time upfront - usually $145-$295 depending on complexity. If you go ahead with the repair, we'll credit that toward your final bill. Seems fair, right?
Before we do any work, you'll get a detailed written estimate. No surprises, no "oh we found this other thing while we were in there." We'll call if something unexpected comes up.
We can usually source OEM, OE-quality aftermarket, or performance parts depending on what you want and your budget. We'll explain the differences so you can decide what makes sense.
All our work comes with a 12-month/20,000km warranty on parts and labor. If something we fixed fails, we'll make it right. Period.
Give us a call or shoot us an email. We'll talk through what's going on with your car and figure out the best time to get you in. Usually we can book you within a few days unless it's something super urgent.
